The Liquidity Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing liquidity routes, investigating production incidents, and managing the movement of digital assets within Mercuryo's crypto infrastructure
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in technical operations, data or business analysis, trading operations, fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with structured data and system design discussions
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, validate them with data, and identify root causes
- Solid understanding of backend architecture and financial systems
- Familiarity with crypto or traditional trading mechanics
- Confident English and Russian
