Experienced Litigation Lawyer needed to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception to judgment. Handle corporate, commercial, contractual, debt recovery, property, and family law disputes. Represent clients before Cypriot courts with strong courtroom experience and legal expertise
Требования
- Law Degree (LLB) from recognized university
- Admission to Cyprus Bar Association
- Minimum 5 years active litigation experience
- Proven experience independently handling court cases
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus civil procedure and corporate/commercial/contractual/family law
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Russian language skills (advantage)
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
