Design, launch, and manage value-added benefits and loyalty programs for clients in an international financial group. Identify and negotiate partnerships with premium providers, develop customer benefit packages, and coordinate cross-functional implementation
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, sales, customer engagement, or commercial management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate commercial viability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Fluent English
- Experience in financial services, fintech, hospitality, retail, or membership-based businesses is an advantage
