AI-based quality control system for production line inspecting soft plastic packaging on conveyor belt. Detect defects in real time including tears, dents, deformations, and damaged packaging
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with industrial cameras (Basler, FLIR, Hikrobot, etc.)
- Expertise in lighting, optics, and controllers
- Conveyor and PLC integration experience
- Machine vision setup for production environments
- Hardware procurement and purchasing skills
- Willingness for business trips to SEA region
- On-site installation and setup capabilities
- Image quality optimization for AI inspection systems
