We are seeking a Maritime/Shipping Transactions Lawyer with expertise in transactional work such as ship sales and purchases (S&P), newbuild contracts, ship finance, charters, and related commercial agreements
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 10 + PQE in maritime/shipping transactions
- Strong academic background in law
- Demonstrable experience with high-value shipping transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with standard industry documents (e.g., BIMCO forms, MOAs, loan agreements)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
