Microsoft 365 Architect (Hybrid Identity)

About the job

Experienced Microsoft 365 Architect needed with strong focus on Hybrid Identity, security, and enterprise architecture. Must have expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), Entra ID, Azure integration, and cloud-only/hybrid environment design

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, and Azure integration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, Least Privilege, Multi-tenant, and Cross-tenant architectures
• Experience designing cloud-only and hybrid environments
• Integration with external systems (IdP, SIEM, business applications, backup solutions)
• Governance, IAM, lifecycle management for users, groups, and data
• Ability to make architectural decisions balancing security, scalability, and cost
• Strong Active Directory architecture experience
• Nice to have: CIS, NIST, or ISO 27001 standards knowledge
• Nice to have: Experience in regulated environments
• Nice to have: Microsoft licensing strategy and cost optimization
• Nice to have: Migration projects experience
• Nice to have: Strategic architecture planning and stakeholder management
