BCG is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR Risk and Employee Relations initiatives across the Middle East. The role involves managing sensitive ER cases, policy development, risk identification, and strategic advisory for senior leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations or HR Risk Management
- Employee Relations experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of workplace policies and HR risk management frameworks
- Experience handling complex employment and workplace issues with a legal dimension
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business or a related field
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
