Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or similar role
- Knowledge of Georgian labor legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Georgian government HR portals (rs.ge and Ministry of Health) is an advantage
