Middle Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment independently with a focus on international markets (Africa/Asia) for a FinTech company
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- At least 1 year of experience in international hiring
- Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles
- Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets
- Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer
- English B2 or higher
- Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
