HealthTech стартап ищет ML/AI Lead для разработки AI-платформы, снижающей повторные госпитализации. Требуется опыт в production LLM systems, RAG, агентах, fine-tuning моделей и MLOps

Requirements

• 5+ лет опыта в ML/AI
• 1.5–2+ лет в production LLM проектах
• Production RAG + agents + inference
• Fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT)
• Data pipelines и versioning для LLM/RAG
• Evaluation, hallucination reduction, structured output
• Production Python + FastAPI + async processing
• Self-hosted inference (vLLM) и GPU optimization
• MLOps practices
• English C1 level
• Bachelor's degree в CS/AI/ML/DS или смежное
