Requirements
- 5+ лет в ML/AI, с 1.5–2+ годами в production LLM проектах
- Strong hands-on experience with production LLM systems (RAG + agents + inference)
- Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT)
- Production Python + FastAPI + async processing
- Experience with self-hosted inference (vLLM) and GPU optimization
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related
