Development and ownership of candidate-to-job matching and ranking pipeline for an AI-native talent intelligence platform, focusing on learning-to-rank, evaluation frameworks, and explainability under EU AI Act regulations
Requirements
- Experience with learning-to-rank stacks (features, model development, production serving)
- Proficiency with gradient boosted trees and LambdaMART
- Knowledge of hybrid retrieval systems (BM25, dense vector search)
- Experience with offline evaluation frameworks (NDCG, precision@K)
- Familiarity with LLM-as-judge and weak supervision approaches
- Understanding of EU AI Act, Annex III obligations
- English B2 level
