Разработка и поддержка AI-ассистента на базе LLM (MedGemma) для медицинской платформы: fine-tuning, построение RAG-систем, оптимизация инференса и работа с медицинскими данными
Requirements
- Опыт работы от 1 до 3 лет
- От 1–2 лет опыта работы с LLM (fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
- Практический опыт построения RAG-систем
- Опыт работы с векторными базами данных (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Уверенное знание Python и стандартного ML/NLP-стека
- Понимание развёртывания моделей в production
