Proactive Mob Cash Hunter to source cashiers and operational specialists across MENA region (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco). Build professional networks, handle initial communication, support onboarding, and develop new sourcing channels. Work with Payments and Operations teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MENA region and local business culture
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Russian and/or English for team communication
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Experience in operations, payments, recruiting, support, or sales is a plus
- Direct hunting experience is not required
