Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Flutter development
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives or owning architecture
- Strong command of multi-flavor / multi-environment Flutter architecture, state management, and Dart
- Hands-on experience with native Android and iOS build configuration and platform-channel/SDK integration
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile and automated release pipelines
- Solid experience with REST APIs and real-time communication
- Experience shipping through Google Play and the App Store
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Availability to work Sunday-Thursday, aligned with Israel
