Highly creative Motion Designer needed to create performance-driven video creatives for mobile app user acquisition, in-app content, and app store assets. Focus on data-driven creative optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and other channels. Work at intersection of design, marketing, and product strategy
Требования
- 3+ years experience in Motion Design, Video Production, or Creative Marketing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience with user acquisition creatives and performance marketing
- Portfolio of short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
- Strong storytelling and animation skills
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven performance goals
- Experience with AI tools for creative workflows
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency
