Spotware Systems is looking for a technical support engineer to maintain and troubleshoot large-scale trading products (MT4/MT5 platforms) in an on-site office environment in Cyprus
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of technical support experience in Forex/FinTech/Brokerage
- Solid knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms, plugins, and gateways
- Hands-on experience with liquidity bridges (oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid)
- Practical SQL skills for troubleshooting
- Strong OS and application-level support skills
- Fluent in English
