Operations Manager for a growing international travel company. Serve as CEO's right hand, coordinating cross-team communication, tracking decisions, managing initiative pipeline, and ensuring effective organizational alignment. Direct exposure to strategic decision-making and company-wide operations
Требования
- 5+ years as Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar business coordination role
- Strong business understanding and ability to grasp commercial/operational topics quickly
- Experience with B2C products and e-commerce preferred
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with senior managers and hold stakeholders accountable professionally
- Experience with AI tools and modern productivity technologies
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
