Growing international travel company seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate CEO agenda, cross-team communication, and ensure smooth execution of strategic decisions. Focus on maintaining visibility into initiatives, coordinating departments, and facilitating alignment across the organization
Требования
- 5+ years experience as Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar business coordination role
- Strong business understanding and ability to grasp commercial and operational topics quickly
- Experience with B2C products and e-commerce preferred
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with senior managers and hold stakeholders accountable
- Experience with AI tools and modern productivity technologies
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
