Building and leading a payment agent network for an international PSP focusing on high-risk verticals in Arabic-speaking regions. Responsible for network growth, agent onboarding, and operational quality
Requirements
- Existing network of local payment agents or traders
- Experience in P2P, payment services, high-risk, or iGaming
- Fluent Arabic and working-level English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to run several teams simultaneously
- Understanding of payment metrics (volume, conversion, success rate)
