About the job
Russian-speaking Payroll Accountant needed for Limassol, Cyprus. Manage full payroll cycle for up to 300 employees including salary calculations, taxes, social contributions, statutory reporting and management accounting support. Requires 3-5+ years payroll experience in Cyprus with strong hands-on expertise
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience as Accountant/Payroll Accountant
- Mandatory hands-on experience with independent payroll calculation for 300+ employees
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus payroll (PAYE, Social Insurance, GESY/GHS, employer contributions)
- Understanding of Cyprus tax benefits and payroll-related tax treatment
- Practical experience with Social Insurance Department and Tax Office
- Experience preparing payroll declarations (IR7, IR1 forms)
- Experience with payroll reconciliations and accounting entries
- Understanding of management accounting and cost allocation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Russian language required
- Experience with accounting and payroll software
