Full-cycle payroll management for up to 300 employees in Cyprus, including salary calculations, tax compliance, management reporting, and interaction with local authorities
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Accountant / Payroll Accountant
- Hands-on experience with independent payroll calculation for a team of at least 300 employees
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus payroll legislation (PAYE, Social Insurance, GESY/GHS)
- Experience with payroll reports, reconciliations and accounting entries
- Understanding of management accounting (cost allocation, P&L, balance sheet)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Russian language proficiency
