- 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic organization
- Experience partnering with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data
- Familiarity with AI tools in HR
