Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner in a fast-growing international organization
- Experience partnering with senior leadership
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management and organizational change
- Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices
- Strong coaching, stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Experience in tech, SaaS, HealthTech or another scale-up environment
- Candidates must live within commuting distance of Amsterdam
