Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations, mediation, and conflict resolution
- Fluent German and English
- Business-oriented mindset combined with genuine care for people
- Structured, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence leaders through trust and credibility
