DPW is looking for a People & Culture Lead to own the full people agenda, including HR operations, employee experience, performance management, and recruitment, in a part-time (0.6–0.8 FTE) capacity
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR / People & Culture, ideally as a generalist or HRBP
- Experience coaching and partnering with managers
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently as the main P&C person
- Willingness to work from the Amsterdam office 3–4 days per week
