EPAM is looking for a People Experience Specialist to build engaging employee experiences through initiatives, events, community building, and employer branding within a global technology company
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, people experience, or event management
- Experience planning and delivering engagement initiatives, workshops, and community events
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills
- Experience organizing virtual events such as webinars and hackathons
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure engagement and improve results through data
- Knowledge of employer branding and internal communications
- Experience collaborating with PR, Communications, and Marketing teams
