Requirements
- 3+ years in People Operations, HR Operations or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, People systems and employee data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in AI, automation and process improvement
- Experience supporting remote teams
- Experience with global employment, EORs, immigration or global mobility is a plus
