Taptap Send is looking for a People Operations Lead to build and scale its People Operations function, focusing on systems automation, people data infrastructure, and AI-enabled transformation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a high-performing analytical environment (consulting, business operations, finance, or startup)
- Experience leading a function or team
- Track record of building systems and processes from scratch
- Highly analytical with proficiency in dashboards, data, and metrics
- AI-native approach to work automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, transformative and execution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site five days per week
