Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR leadership in a startup or remote-first company
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation for improving operational efficiency
- High emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management skills
