Elixi, an AI-driven HealthTech startup, is seeking a People Operations Manager to own HR processes, manage employment documentation, systems, office operations, and support team culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience across at least two areas: HR, Operations or Office Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple workstreams independently
- Confidence working with HR systems and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment
- Fluent Russian and English
