Hands-on People Operations Partner role to build and scale HR functions at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS startup. Ownership across employee lifecycle, HR operations, office experience, and process improvement. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, HR workflow development, automation implementation, office management, and culture initiatives
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
- Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS startup or tech company
- Strong knowledge of German employment law
- US employment practices knowledge is a plus
- Fluent German and English
- Process-oriented mindset with experience building HR operations from scratch
- High ownership and strong communication skills
- Comfortable using AI and automation in day-to-day work
