People Operations Specialist at MEDvidi, a mental health telemedicine clinic. Manage high-volume HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS systems (BambooHR), and create reports/dashboards
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or administration
- Experience managing high-volume onboarding/offboarding cases
- Proficient with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred)
- Solid skills in Notion for task management and automation
- Strong analytical skills for reports and dashboards
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
