Requirements
- 2+ yrs HR ops/admin experience
- Experience with high-volume onboarding & offboarding
- Proficiency in HRIS (BambooHR+)
- Proficiency in Notion (databases, automation)
- Reporting skills
- English C1+ & fluent Russian
