Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience within IT or software services preferred
- Experience partnering with managers and leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management
- Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- International experience preferred
- HR systems knowledge preferred
- Leadership development exposure preferred
