About the job
We are looking for a People Partner to become a trusted HR partner for our teams, supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle and helping managers build engaged, high-performing teams
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in an IT or technology company
- Experience with employee engagement, retention, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees
- Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR or similar) and HR analytics
- English proficiency sufficient to work in an international environment
