Требования
- 4+ years HR experience as HRBP, People Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist
- Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Experience with HR metrics and translating insights into action
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, self-driven approach
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- English proficiency B2 level or higher
