Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global, high-growth, sales-driven or technical environment
- Experience building talent programs, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, analytical skills
- Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
