Wolt is seeking a People Partner to support its Global Support organization across multiple European and Eastern European markets. The role involves executing global HR initiatives, managing compensation processes, driving engagement and leadership development, and monitoring organizational health metrics across assigned countries and shared service centers
Требования
- Solid experience as HR Business Partner or People Partner in multi-country environment
- Hands-on experience with compensation cycles and performance management
- Experience with people development programs
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work with people data and translate insights into action
- Cross-cultural competence and ability to work across different markets
