Requirements
- Product mindset and strong focus on employee experience
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into process improvements
- Hands-on experience building working products from scratch
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Practical experience with Google Apps Script and n8n
- Experience designing and running employee surveys and feedback loops
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate user needs into practical solutions
