Eneba, a global gaming marketplace, is looking for a People Programs Partner to own and develop Total Rewards strategies, including salary structures, benefits, and equity programs, while supporting broader People initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar analytical HR role
- Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking, compensation structures, salary reviews or bonus cycles
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Good understanding of the Lithuanian employment and compensation landscape
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
