- 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative
- Portfolio of ads with context on performance results
- Proficient in Figma or Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere
- Strong understanding of ad anatomy and platform specs
- Hands-on experience with AI image or video tools
