Requirements
- 3+ года практического опыта в performance-маркетинге или user acquisition
- Сильный практический опыт с Meta Ads
- Опыт работы с мобильными подписочными приложениями
- Понимание CAC, ROAS, payback, retention и LTV
- Опыт creative-тестирования, performance-анализа и работы с пикселями, атрибуцией, conversion events
- Уверенная работа с таблицами и performance-отчётами
- Хороший русский для внутренней коммуникации, рабочий английский
