About the job
We are looking for a Process Manager to build a process management framework, drive OKR implementation, establish KPIs, and ensure data-driven operational decision-making. The role works closely with the Head of Operations and Business Analysts to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Business Process Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, or similar
- Hands-on experience developing OKR frameworks
- Experience designing KPI frameworks and operational reporting
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
- Experience in IT or fast-growing technology companies (advantage)
