Part-time Product Designer (up to 4 hours/day) needed to create clean, product-first layouts and improve user journeys for HR Tech products. Strong Figma expertise and UX/UI principles required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and Customer Journey Maps
- English proficiency
- Ability to work up to 4 hours/day within UTC+1 to UTC+3
- HR Tech experience is a plus
