About the job
Lead product initiatives for compliance and payments features at a global teams management platform operating across 242 countries. Own the product roadmap, translate regulatory requirements into product solutions, and collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver secure payment flows and compliance tooling
Requirements
- 3+ years as Product Manager in payments, compliance, risk, or financial products
- Practical knowledge of payments systems: card rails, ACH, SWIFT, cross-border remittance
- Familiarity with regulatory regimes: KYC/AML, PSD2, GDPR
- Ability to convert regulatory requirements into pragmatic product solutions
- Experience with engineering teams, APIs, and data models
- Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Finance, Operations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Data-driven mindset with product metrics and experimentation experience
- Product discovery techniques: user interviews, prototyping, usability testing
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms
