Bridge between business and development, translating goals into detailed product backlogs. Responsible for backlog management, sprint facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring compliance with security standards in regulated domains
Requirements
- 4+ years as Product Owner or similar Agile product delivery role
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories
- Data-driven decision-making and prioritization experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Remote/async work capability with independent time management
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- German language skills are a plus
