About the job
Project Sales Manager / Technical BDM for a global facial recognition software startup. Responsible for full sales cycle through channel partners, designing solutions, and driving pilot deployments in APAC, MENA, and LATAM regions
Requirements
- 3–6 years in B2B sales, business development or customer-facing project management in video surveillance, access control, physical security or IT infrastructure
- Track record of closing B2B/enterprise deals OR delivering security/IT projects
- Experience with system integrators and channel partners
- Solid understanding of IP video: cameras, VMS, servers, networking, integrations
- Ability to run demos independently
- Experience with technical-commercial proposals, BOQs and RFPs
- Fluent business English
- Self-driven, comfortable building from scratch
