About the job
Building and leading the Quality Engineering function for a payments platform, focusing on automation frameworks (Go), test infrastructure, AI-powered testing tools, and risk-based quality strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years in QA / Quality Engineering, including leadership experience
- Strong hands-on software engineering skills, ideally Go
- Experience building automation frameworks, test infrastructure or internal developer tools
- Strong knowledge of the payments domain (PSPs, 3DS/SCA, settlement, etc.)
- Strong API, integration and contract testing experience
- Experience with distributed and asynchronous systems
- Experience using AI engineering tools
