QA Team Lead position in a fast-growing FinTech company focused on modern payment solutions. Lead quality initiatives, mentor QA engineers, drive test automation, and ensure high-quality releases for mission-critical financial services
Требования
- 5+ years in Software Testing
- 2+ years in QA leadership roles
- Strong FinTech experience
- Hands-on automation testing experience
- Experience with Kotlin and Playwright
- Strong API and backend testing skills
- Experience with Grafana and Kibana monitoring tools
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Payment systems expertise (nice to have)
- gRPC testing experience (nice to have)
- Event-driven architecture testing (nice to have)
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch (nice to have)
- Agile/Scrum product development experience (nice to have)
